Professional Levelling for Large Formats

The SA Levelling System allows for a larger surface area for the ceramic to grip when adjusting the wedge with the shim. It has a greater distance or clearance at the bottom of the piece and therefore a wide wedge is used.

It is designed to achieve the levelling of tiles on any surface, avoiding movement of the ceramic pieces during setting. With our system, a reduction in the laying times of the porcelain stoneware and perfect levelling are achieved.

Easy to install. Wider wedges

1 - Installation is quick and easy due to the shape of the wedge. Levelling is done by inserting the wedge either manually or using professional pliers.

2 - The use of spacers or spacers is recommended for tiling.

3 - The ceramic should be lightly tapped to release excess load and allow the necessary time for the adhesive to set before removing it.

4 - To remove the wedge, once the adhesive has set, it can be done with a blow or with the help of a mallet.

5 - The wedges are reusable and very resistant to impacts, so they can be used again in the future, generating less waste.

Crosshead

Profilber crosshead have a larger surface area on the underside for greater stability and better grip on the ceramic when laying. The octagonal shape of the underside makes it easier to place the shim with greater precision and to remove the upper part later, once the bonding material has set.

Wedge

The wedges align the surfaces of the adjoining pavements, avoiding the appearance of “eyebrows”, guarantee a perfectly level surface and give consistency to the installation, avoiding movement of pieces during the setting of the bonding material. They are reusable and offer maximum resistance to impacts, which means cost savings as well as reducing waste.

How many pieces do you need?

The table shows you how to calculate the number of crossheads needed.
You only have to take into account the measurements of the ceramic (A and B) chosen and the result is the necessary pieces per sq.ft.
Multiplying the number of crossheads that results by sq.ft., the total number of crossheads needed according to surface area is obtained.
