The SR levelling system is designed to level tiles on any surface, avoiding movement of the ceramic pieces during setting. It is adjusted manually, without the need for additional tools.

A slight turn, just 1/4 turn, is all that is needed to adjust and fix the leveller in its optimal working position. With our levelling systems you will achieve a reduction in the laying time of porcelain stoneware and a perfect levelling.

Simple installation. Tool-free adjustment.

1 - Installation is quick and easy. Simply match the central hole of the hood with the threaded pivot. The hood slides smoothly along the thread until it meets the floor. Adjust by hand until the pieces are level.

2 - The use of spacers or spacers is recommended for tiling.

3 - The ceramic should be lightly tapped to release excess load and allow the necessary time to set before removing.

4 - To remove the shim, once the adhesive has set, this can be done manually or with the help of a hammer.

5 - The hoods are reusable and very resistant to knocks, so they can be used again in the future.

SR Leveling System Components

Crosshead / Clip

Profilber crooshead have a larger surface area on the bottom for greater stability and better grip on the ceramic when installing it. The thread pitch facilitates the hood's gravity-fed fall, avoiding the need to screw it in, saving time and reducing effort as it is not necessary to screw the hood in.

Bell

The SR System bells are Ø 53 mm, which means a larger work surface when installing them. They align the surfaces of the adjoining pavements, avoiding the appearance of “eyebrows”, guarantee a perfectly level surface and give consistency to the installation, avoiding movement of pieces during the setting of the bonding material. They are reusable, which means cost savings as well as reducing waste.

How many pieces do you need?

The table shows you how to calculate the number of crossheads needed.
You only have to take into account the measurements of the ceramic (A and B) chosen and the result is the necessary pieces per sq.ft.
Multiplying the number of crossheads that results by sq.ft., the total number of crossheads needed according to surface area is obtained.
